Hmn, I would like to see more girly eyebrow and maybe make her body to look more femine. I am talking about chest area. I know, she is not that type with giant knockers but atleast you could have made it bit different...

Can you tell me which program you used and how much time it took on a single sprite?

am using photoshop CS6 but I think the program u use doesnt mather too much, its best to go with what ur comfortable on.
Well each one of the last two sprites took me few hours, for my taste way too long but thats as I didnt sprite a lot lately. Cant say exact time as I took breaks while making them. Practice speeds up the progress by a lot, as u just can go for it and dont have too think too much of how a shape should look like or how the shading should be done. Hell I'm rusty and I feel like I'm always rusty when I did a sprite in the past year ._.

Hmn, I would try start avoiding that "Lego" leg style and go with more detailed style also what I see now is that you make crotch area be the street between high buildings. I would throw away that shadow where the front of the pants should be.
