This is the first LFE-Tournament on this site. It means that only people with a special rank can join. Might sound unfair for some guys now, but actually then the better players here can fight each other without weaker players.
The system will be a battle, so everybody vs everybody, number of participants is unimportant, we'll see how many we can get. Extrapoints will be way higher here of course
Didn't give you a tournament network this time, I expect you to manage this yourself since I know most of you are registered in more then only the LFE-Hamachi Networks
For the proof: You don't have to post the LFE-Record file if BOTH players write down the same result here, this will save a bit time and space. In case you made a 0mp-use or 0hp loss match you still have to post this if you want to get points

no idea how to fire them up these days. It's a pity

maybe its becuase of the rules.
eg. me is ´wondering why dennis is only allowed to do 2 d^as,
or why some moves are forbidden...
some players want to use this moves, but not for killercombos!
(since they arent allowed anyway )

It's Davis, and we (Noir, Azriel and CAY) think that 2 DragonPunches are enough, coz it's very powerful.

but in case that many noobish players (me ) miss the opponent with the dragonpunch we will just waste our limit.

so maybe it can be changed into max dragonpunch-HITS
