U pay as much as u want...
and getting pyxel edit + spriter pro for 1$ is a joke.

pyxel edit is my personal favorite tool when doing pixel art. It's awesome for working on animations or tilesets.
Spriter is kinda like Spine or other bone-animation tools whereas spine costs lots of money.

So ye it's definitely worth it if u are going to use them.

You can obviously use DragonBones, but it won't work with this ready template, so you'd have to redo everything on your own.
