Looks good, the palette is really neat. As for the sprite, I see you're having the same issue that I have: wanting to force as many details as possible into the person, making it painterly rather than spritey (if that makes any sense whatsoever). Not necessarily a bad thing but I see it similar to @prince_freeza, it feels more like a painting to me as well

Haha, those glow-effects would be a pain to implement in vanilla LF2
I do dig the painterly style this one has, though! Really neat. I do agree to @penew that the pants are lacking a few folds here and there... unless you had the 80px-size in mind anyways but then other places would probably get some issues.

If they are supposed to be a tight leather pants, i think it looks just fine.
