with 0 limitations, rudolf can lock henry quickly into DoP, and if he doesen't, he can just transform into henry. henry simply isn't designed to be the best fighter in 1vs1, especially an HKC (or so i believe).
make sure to check my sprites!

Louis is in my opinion the best even though I know he is the weakest because of his armor punch and his transformation(HELL YEAH I LOVE THESE) which totally counters projectiles

i think you misundertood the aim of this thread. GentkeKidd, the aim is to find the strongest character. NOT your favorite character, but the one that you think is strongest. you said yourself that louis is weak.
make sure to check my sprites!
