[solved] new flying technic

i dunno how to create a flying technic like this so can some one exlpain how to i want the chracter when he jumps it will be normal but when he clicks jump again he will sotp in air and be moving about like left and right and up and down i just dont no what state to use or how to create an attack like this
please help

And for the up and down thingy, you could check >this thread< out.
