dude, i gotta say, i actually enjoyed this mod quite a lot
Pros:
Awesome backrounds
Awesome Music
Awesome Fatal moves
Nice Char Ideas

Cons:
sprites for some of the chars are unbearable to look at. please fix up bandits face mask, because its done in paint, fix up Hunters gun (all i am going to say is that it doesnt look like gun...), fix up henry's gun, it goes out of the frame, making it look shorter then longer, PLEASE fix deep up completely. he looks redone in paint, and looks horrible, especially for his fatal move where he goes brown? and his sword... dont make sorcerer look like he's been spray painted over with black pixels, make him look all transparent instead of just bits to make him more even. same with louis, get rid of the spraypaint 'energy' on his er...ceptor? when he hits, and get rid of the clones behind him in his sword dance or fix them up.
you should fix up ultimasters mask to make it look more consistent with its position
davis's energy balls look attrocius being pixelated and having spray paint behind
firens sword, im not sure what it is supposed to look like...
if possible, put reflections on deeps glasses
though firens explosion is done in paint, it doesnt look too bad actually

next,
there is little difference between Evulian and Evulian EX apart from evulian ex can make justins and jump far.
same with ultimaster, there is little difference between him and rudolf, only a few more suped up moves.
some moves are too overpowered like bats move where he shoots heaps of green julian balls

Nice mod man! fix up the sprites and you'd get 10/10
but for now, 7/10!

nope, Evulian how just old Julianm but can use shadow for explosions and he is without armor
Evulian EX have fatal move, have some new abilitys
so, Evulian EX done with so method that only Sato can break EvulianEX's protection.

same with ultimaster, there is little difference between him and rudolf, only a few more suped up moves.

so, ultimaster stronger than original and have very strong abilityes. now he how sub-boss.

um, bat done how a boss char and how i remember he have diferent data of damage...so....i fix it if find resolve.


so, i'm see that basic problem is sprites.

evulian ex's fatal move didnt seem to work for me
in the helper.txt, it says D ^ J for fatal, but it just makes a julian column, like evulian
im not sure if you made the damage go up, or there is a mistake somewhere

well Alec (or Lf2 hacker) i do believe they are not called hexagons
hex emplies there are 6 points, where there are 5.
pentagles i think is the word you were looking for.

Wow like the mod and the fatal moves are great. Excellent work but the sprites are kinda way word. Meaning crazy ( out-sprited ).Ahhhhhhhh!!!!! Can't find easy word! I know ! The sprites aren't that good in some places.
