This will be the Theme for the Solar Requiem Complex (Game 2 of the LF Empire.)

Not good, sounds worse than a cheat-trainer with midi background music if you now what i mean.

What program do you use for creating that "thing"?

I used some crappy soundfonts and FL Studio.
