[solved] Character attacks help

Im new at dcing and im trying to give vincent a extra attack, it was going to be fire, and making his bullets set you on fire but i dont understand how to to that

and if you can help tell me how to do other things too please

Now, for your burning bullets... I guess you already have an itr-tag in the flying-frames, right?

well, the only thing that you'll have to add is this part:

place it behind the injury and burn your opponents!

nope! effect 2 makes your enemys lying burning in the air! they won't fall down! effect: 2 sucks!
use effect: 20, 21 or 22 instead!

There is an easier way if you're just lazy and don't know how to dc. :P Just change firen's ball sprites a little

when i change ill post him but 1 mor thing
he from final fantasy and has fire powers and i want 2 add an attack
(D+>+J) and use the frame used for his running attack and send a trail of fire in front of him (like firen's blaze att)
im pretty sure about how to get the trail but got no idea how to add attack and im a newbie so idk how to get the frame its like i know how to use it but i dont know which frame is his running attack.
