The thing about lightnings is that they're a little more "edgy", not that smooth like you made it. They need a little more sharpness.

About the shield: the reflection is a little strange. Well, not the shield directly, but the reflection. The reflection should be a little smaller than the actual image (so a little squished in height) and more similar to a trapezoid. You could also put a little more gradient on the reflection so that it won't be as clear as it is as of now.

Could it be that you made these.... (dunno how to call those lines in the top right corner).... thingies () at a lower resolution and just resized them? The problem is that they look very pixelated at the tips. The rest looks quite cool, though
