bla bla ... If you could just come up with some ideas for good moves though..... I've followed this thread since it started, and I must say that this character doesn't have that many original moves

By the way, did anyone finish the little scorpion that the character 'Scorpion' is supposed to spawn? I could definitely help with some of the DCing .

I took the vapor sprite from LF4Turbo ... and it seems that this guy took it from the char you showed me

1st and 2nd attack seem too similar, only the 2nd is bigger so there doesn't seem to be a point to the first one.

3rd attack, just hope the tail doesn't teleport.

4th looks great

5th can't really tell. Animation looks good though, dunno if it'll be good in game.

6th shifts back a bit when he starts the attack, also the blood effects are a tad high. Btw love the blood effect.

7th is good

8th, attacks are from gaara, lol. Well the legs bending down need to be darkened.

Well you have plenty of attacks, but some seem to have the exact same range and do the same thing. Thats just from looking at the animations though, in game it might be different. Anyways apart from the things I pointed out, its a great so far.



oh and the sideburn is too yellow compared to the rest of his hair.

Well, this move, for example, isn't that original. It's used in the bomb knife in RN-LF2 by Felix, and Davis has this kind of move in the original LF2 .

Now that I look at it more closely, though, the moves actually are pretty original . Maybe it's because many of the moves are similar to Scorpion's moves in DCing, I don't know exactly. It just seems that I've seen a lot of these moves before (especially the vapor move ). They seem to do the same thing. For example, the teleported tail is common. In LF3_v3.6 Dr. Evil Eye can teleport his arm just like the tail (even though in that move there's no restricted range ).




Also, in this move, Felix throws knives exactly the same way throws his poison fangs .

Besides that everything else seems extremely good .
Like I said before, I think this character is very promising . It just needs a touch of craziness to it .

Suggestions:

I think Scorpion should have a burrowing move; He goes underground and comes up next to an enemy like Guardian in R-LF2.

The above is just a bit of constructive criticism . I don't mean to offend anybody who I'm sure worked very hard to put together what Scorpion is so far. I think this mod is very promising, and that you should keep up the good work .

P.S. I would be honored if I could contribute to the DCing also .

When I play NTSD_Beta 2.2 ...
Sasori2 has some moves like using his tail (3rd picture on top)
Sasori1 uses his tail (4 and 5)
and the sand from Gaara I'm guesing...?
Or am I completly wrong and this is all from LF2?
