imagine your self having 5 hp remaining looking for milk.
you pick up a bottle that looks like milk.
and to your holy surprise that turns out to be a bottle of poison and you loose your remaining 5 hp.Twisted

Well, if its possible to make your char fly of the screen with just one press of the shift button, and to edit the way moves hurt chars, I think its possible to reverse the effect of the Hp drink :)

(although idk HOW exactly to do it, I'm sure it is possible ^^)

well, the problem is that hp-recovery is set in the exe. You'll have to change the hex to achieve an hp-lost but then you'll lose the healing ability.

Another solution would involve an itr that'll hurt the drinking character. I'm not sure if that's possible but it should be, though :P

i tried putting itr in <on hand> frame but that hurt the opponent i was near.

Maybe you could try state 18, then you have the burning smoke though.

I can think of a possible way, but this would require to edit every char...

The char has in the drinking frames another body with some special coordinates like y: -1000 and the bottle creates in the drinking frames (dunno the frame number) the object at the same y value like the special body.
The object hurts the drinking character with state 18.

I'd use an itr in the bottle similar to this one:

While the frame containing that itr runs on state: 18. Not sure if that works but I think it's worth a try :)

That's why I'd take the method with opointing on a special y value...

BTW: You can also make a heal drink with that method using itr/kind: 8 Which I'm gonna use in LFM

I still think that even if you edit all the characters, you still don't need to opoint an object, I guess it would be enough just to set the itr to approximately that area while using the burning-smoke-hidden-thingy
