yes the ballon, you can't push a character like that... you would need a fall: -1, an effect: 5 and h: 9999, and still the character and luffy will both shattle around for 3TU's before he becomes backpushed

Only choose something like h:1200

Otherwise, you will "hit" characters with that attack, that have special bdy's for itr:8's also... (That bdy's are normally from y: 1000-xxxxx, therefore thez would get hit by h: 9999)

on ntsd we have around 200 different special bodys and they go up to 90000000000000 ^^ it's kinda funny :P
he just needs to make special bodys higher than 10 000, it isn't something big^^

sure, why this shouldn't work? there is no limit since I know... and 15 of them are used at a single char^^ it was f***ing complicated to create her^^
