i think its fine but please make hes hair a little blury it looks really bad.
and it some frames the hair looks really really wired.

Your sprite needs even more improving. Look at the GIF:

@ Nave: I just put the sprite like it were on the sheet into my GIF, It will look like this ingame and not like yours.
