but this move is really not very original..its just a boring rasengan..this maybe fits into an naruto lf2 mod..but it definitely doesnt goes very well with your char

He would be overpowered if he had that ball. It would be also cheap with the f6 cheat with me as him vs Broly, so it's a good thing you didn't put the move in there.
Okay I couldn't actually make a 79x79 or 99x99
Instead this is a 120x120, Aparently Pi-Face didn't know how to make it the approximant size of 100% This was 5x the original size once he scanned it for me ~ so ~ i had to reduce it...
