I'm preferring to go this way:
Even if sadbhav isn't in the leader's tent, I still wanna go in there. Why? Maybe we find some stuff we'll need in the future. If somebody's saving my back, ofc.
oh, and @Nave: pwnsome

Bandit Leader (?? ATK) attacks Drahcir (32 DEF)! (HIT Roll: 17, DMG Roll: 2)
He deals 17 physical damage!
Drahcir - HP: 55/96, MP: 8/8
Bandit Leader - HP: ???/???, MP: ??/??
Drahcir is the next one to act with 25 AGI!
Attack: Physically attacks an enemy of your choice.
Special Attack: You can choose between various attacks. All of them have something special. Costs MP.
Spell: You can choose a spell you've learned and cast it. Costs MP.
Item: You can use an item. You can also change your weapon, shield or accessoir, but only one piece at most.
Defend: Increases the chance of avoiding the next attack on you for a round.
Escape: You can escape the battle if everybody else from your team does that and your total AGI is higher than the enemies'.

...
Nave: No, I should better stay and see that Blue Phoenix is alright.
...
Blue Phoenix: A'ight, the big tent... if sadbhav isn't in there, then at least some valuables...
He jumps to the other side of the camp and walks behind the tents. In the distance he sees a guard guarding the back of the tent.
Blue Phoenix: Great... if I try to get in from the side, some of the bandits in the ring could see me...
...
SirFrog: We should get nearer.
Bamboori: Do you think could I shoot some of the guards...?
SirFrog: Well... they won't die or fall unconscious by one arrow. Except if you really pull strong and directly into their heads or hearts. But I won't dare you to risk it. If one stays conscious, he will cry for help.
Bamboori: Fine then...
SirFrog: Other than that there's too many guards.
Bamboori: Let's go nearer.
SirFrog: Oh, what's that? Blue Phoenix is going to the other side.
Bamboori: Then we should go even nearer.
SirFrog: Wait! He's giving us a sign.
Bamboori: Circle... down... behind him? What?
SirFrog: Sheesh, he says we should go around the camp and get to him, apparently he needs help.
Bamboori: Let's not waste time then.
They leave their hiding place and run around the camp.
...
Nave: Oh, why are Bamboori and SirFrog leaving their spot? Something went wrong...
He looks over to Blue Phoenix, who also points him to get to him.
Nave: Okay...?
Nave crouches down the hill and then behind the tents to Blue Phoenix.
Nave: What is it?
Blue Phoenix: There's a guard or two, I can't take them out alone.
Nave: So you wanna go into the big tent, hm?
Blue Phoenix: Yes. We need to do a surprise attack and take them out fast.
Nave: If it's one, it's easy, if there are two, we'd need extra help.
Blue Phoenix: Bamboori and SirFrog are on their way.
Nave: Oh, so that's why they left.
Blue Phoenix: You should fire holy bolts on each guard there is at the same moment we attack them.
Nave: No problem, but I'd need a centered casting point.
Blue Phoenix: Try to find something up there on that hill, exactly opposite from the leader's tent.
Nave: Okay. I'll be ready.
And Nave leaves.
...
SirFrog and Bamboori are only halfway around the camp when there's suddenly a guard in front of them. He must have been behind the tree from SirFrog and Bamboori's view.
Guard: Halt! Who's there?
SirFrog: We were hired by your leader to check if everything is alright.
Guard: Well, everything is alright. Wait, you said "your" leader?
SirFrog: Sorry, I meant "our" of course. Mistake on my side, hehe.
The guard draws his sword, when an arrow passes right through his heart. (Arrows -1) He drops dead immediately. Small break.
SirFrog: Good one.
Bamboori: Let's go on.
Without much further ado and interruptions, they reach Blue Phoenix after some time.
Blue Phoenix: Finally. See the guards at the back of the big tent?
SirFrog: Yes?
Blue Phoenix: We need to take them out so fast that they can't make a noise.
...
Nave, Blue Phoenix, SirFrog, Bamboori: Your preferred attacks to take the guards out as fast as possible?

Hm...i do have a dagger, and a quick stab through the should kill anybody instantly...and even the physically weak mage should be able to do that...right?
(if not, a VERY close-range Fire Bolt should be my choice of action)
