whenever i press enter in a line with <frame> in it i get an autocompleted <frame_end> even tho the frame was intact + the autocompleted <frame_end> doesnt disappear when undoing my steps with ctrl+z (this problem doesnt seem to occur for other autocompleted tags)

hm and i cant really see any history feature

Damn I knew there'd be problems with autocomplete! I coded it in like 5 minutes.
For the History menu right click on the syntax box.

that history is rather weird
first of all it stays on top of everything i have even when i change windows (back to this browser for example)
and also is there any way to prune it? because its getting loonger and loonger and loonger
and even when i use the history to go 'back' this going back becomes a new item at the bottom of the history
and what if someone wanted to use the old fashioned right click to copy or paste something?

ah...
but that could be annoying if the values I put for the tags aren't what people want

you could offer different settings for that:
none
simple (kind x y w h etc - the ones you almost always have for the repsective tag)
full/all with every possible tag
and custom to turn each off/on and maybe also adding preset values it will auto complete

i wouldn request any of that tho and go with the none setting i guess

Yeah. That history list can be a bit long (btw there is no classic copy, paste or cut menu. Would you like one?). Would it be better to limit the number of history items or have an expanding arrow?

Do many people DC their frames in one line (I know YinYin does, i think)?

About the autocomplete... That means a whole new options page and an extra bunch of registry...

And YinYin, about the history menu, it doesn't stay at the front on my comp when I switch windows.

well i never use right click for copy pasting but im somewhat used to that menu popping up when right clicking into any text field (redo/undo | cut,copy,paste | select all) and its also user friendly for those who are not used to zooming around with shortcuts or using the icons in the toolbar

lemme show you how i initially thought it to look like:

i thought of the little guide always being there somewhere on the textarea after you used the ctrl+click link - i guess it should disappear after some time when you are starting to edit the code again and reappear when you move your mouse to its area - not sure whether it should be static scrolling with the code or fixed to the corner of the window not scrolling (and i guess simply having it in the toolbar like in a normal browser might work too but i thought that would confuse ppl who dont want to use the feature as it would be disabled/show nothing when you never use the ctrl+click feature)

also the history list should have the most recent item at the top where you just had your mouse to open it
and delete history entrys from the back list when you actually go back there
the forward history might not be required as the ctrl+click does the forward going job imo

i do but i wouldnt keep doing that with the folding feature - and i dont think many ppl do it

:p - but being able to at least turn it on/off like everything else so far is the only sensible option if you add it in - customising it is again just candy of course

That happened to me in the morning when I checked. Then when I checked again in the afternoon, the files were there and the date that they were uploaded was changed to some other weird date.

Something wrong with MediaFire, I bet.

Rejoice!!! This took ages...
AUTOCOMPLETE NOW WORKS WITHOUT PROBLEMS BUGS!!! (Hopefully. I spent AGES on it.)
The Frame History is fixed as well (now includes a forward button) but I still haven't been able to prune the menus yet. The lastly visited frames are at the top of the menu, so no need to worry about scrolling through that massive menu (Hopefully).

PLEASE REPORT ANY BUGS!!!

And no, I haven't added the Auto-Inserting-Tag feature to Autocomplete. I have not had enough time.

That will come in later releases. I haven't had time to include it 1.6.
