Actually I've been already thinking about character like that.
The bad thing is that it would be veeeery unbalanced. Killing people with just one move.
Also - There is idea to make him a normal fighter, cause in anime he is also well fist-skilled. Then his special skill would be gaining Shinigami's Eyes, with them he could just kill everyone.
Anyway - this is not topic about this.

Actually I'm looking for something else than Kira.

Some critique from my side, if you don't mind.
I don't like this mask-glowing in the second part of the transformation. It looks like it's twitching.
Cape is flowing too fast, but in another parts of transforming it doesn't even move.
Those white pixels neither look good.

Can I ask you, what program do you use while making gifs? Image Ready?

V@down@V - I use trial of animation shop, it's very comfortable, but if you don't want to make everything frame-by-frame you can use some better programs.

you can use ulead gif animator. even the free version has enough functions to display good gifs (the only nonexistant feature in it is transparency)
