You should make the beam directly come out of his hands, so that the beam begins where the small energy thingy in his hands begins.

Is it just bad jpeg-quality or does the beam really look pixelated? Also, how about some sort of outer glow for the beam so that it is a bit broader...

you mean summon the energy forword? I already thought about something similair in the dash attack, but I need more opoinions I guess..

I think the super punch is... nah...
I mean the idea and all looks awesome but it just doesn't look like the magic-type of a mage, if you know what I mean.

The jump attack looks quite good so far, only the ball needs a good ground-hitting animation.

I'd take henrys palm frames as a base and sprites something like this for the super punch.
Like he's doing this palm animation and creates very much stars or something like this.

Then dash attack could pretty much be the same as the Jump attack. There really doesn't have to be much difference in my opinion.

Run attack is a bit difficult to decide, I'd make a stronger punch for that matter...
