He died in (nearly) every episode.

Actually, he even died in the 1st part of a 2-parted episode. On the beginning of the 2nd part he suddenly reappeared in a white flash XD



I think, there was 1 episode without him dieing...
Ntm the season where he was dead (aka possessing Cartman) all over the time.
