Uhm, but why would we lynch him? Just cuz he tries to take certain people out, this doesnt mean he is mafia, is he?
Let's check this:
- He is a mafia trying to confuse us into killing each other.
- He is a Pseudo Sheriff trying to help us, but didn't realize he is PSEUDO yet.
- He isn't a Sheriff but one of the other classes who can reveal players (Investigator?)
- He is a citizen, trying to kill people at random (for whatever reason).
- He is amor and now tries to kill the love couple to eventually get a Mafia down...
- Dunno...
Though, agreed, choice #1 seems most reasonable.
However, it's also possible to be #2 or #3. In this cases killing him would give us a big disadvantage :/
#4/#5 wouldn't be that bad to kill, since the person isn't helping us at all with these things.
So, in math it would be 5:4 arguments (counting #1 tripled and #2/#3 doubled each) FOR killing him.
However, this entire thingy does only apply IF he is a fake Sheriff... we'll see it after we lynched the Koala

(I hope we got one.... this would take Mafia down to 1 guy only)
PS: Je it's my first round of Mafia... and i'm trying not to screw it up and therefore will built all my conclusions on math and logic
