-done the basic sprite ( i know , it's hard )
-boring? make some effect sprite ( fast , and it's make you happy )
-after that ( done basic and eff ) , you can sprite the skill sprite
why?
your thread will be HOT when you post some Skill
if you make the skill first => lazy sprite , and when it's done , you must draw the basic sprite
you will think " this is not cool like the skill , boring , so i will fix my skill "\
