Is the idea that he has that sword in every pic? Or is there Sasuke and Sasuke with sword pics?
And about DC, i can maybe do smthing, like that Chidori if you want to make it like: runs, creates that lightning, disappears, appears again in front of enemy and hits the enemy? I can do smthing like that. And becouse char is looking cool i have interest in this project.
E. And i can also sprite some basic stuff like those frozen pics :/
E2. And what that ´bad spriting´ is trying to be? Is it that ´lightning cage´ that he has in some NTSDs?

Thanks for sharing at first , the sword falls on the ground if someone made Sasuke with sword fall , so he'll just be Sasuke without sword .
That's why I've made a sheet without one and a sheet with .
When I'll finish the project I'll look for Data changers , but not at the moment.
The bad spriting is just a random skill which he uses to shock the enemy when it hits him .
And when he uses the skill he'll be up at the lightning getting higher and higher , while the lightning skill hits a bigger range .
I don't know the lightning cage thingy tho (I watch Naruto Shippuden episodes but I don't care for the name of skills) but I think the bad spriting thingy is the same .
