You mean, some attack just not spawn (like that knife-throwing move)?
If this is your problem, you most likely need to put these two lines onto your lf2-directory/data/data.txt:

id: 233 type: 3 file: data\felix_knife.dat
id: 234 type: 1 file: data\felix_knife2.dat
