the character is not too overpowered. but you can beat julian with it if u controlled it well.

D>A the normal fireball

DVJ the normal healself
D^J the normal healother
DVA single wind blade
D^A a lot of wind blades (huge damage if close to enemy, the further u are the smaller it is)
D and get hit(defense not broken) rock column, good to tackle with the damn balls, and when they gets near.
