Did you make the sprite on paint?
My opinion:
-The face look kinda...how can i say... weird, cuz i can see a white part on the face (is that the smiling? Or i have problems with my eyes?)
-You could edit the pants more. It doesn't really match the jacket
-The jacket should be longer than the shirt
-You could sharpen the sword more, and give it some more shading
And about the wind move:
-Jump high in the air, and push a huge tornado (kind of like henry's palm)
