This is a known bug.
It will either occur, if there are less then 10 basic IDs (IDs which can be choosen by random, aka, the 10 hero-IDs). OR if you have too many objects in your data.txt (which is an issue solved by 2.0).

1. Ensure there are enough characters the "Random" engine can take.
2. Either clean your data.txt or install 2.0 (since it has a far higher ID-limit).
