Indeed, like Alblaka said...when interpreting this idea, you have to bear in mind the intention of the poster.
If he does it with a clear intent (trolls, bots) then the rule should not apply.

Well, that's what forums are made for...debating, not simply agreeing with the members that have higher postcount/rep than you. Some things can only be solved after a brief exchange of words between people. And it's nothing personal nor against Phil or Marshall of anyone else. I respect moderators for what they do and acknowledge their work, but that doesn't mean I always agree with them.

Some more insight in moderator's job might prove useful...it will make you seem less detached from the rest of the community.

Meeh, it's not THAT bad...you know how it goes, every government has to have an opposition. If everyone would always agree, then you would be dictators :P
