yes, quite the opposite of what I wished for really, but your half meant apology is still accepted and I was wondering when you would give your input.

About the open discussion... I think it's best leave it till some sort of internal agreement is reached. For example, the recent forum rule discussion and implementation was first internally discussed, then subject to community scrutiny and discussion, then finalised to meet the cravings of the masses.

It turned into a rule-discussion thread due to the fact that the elitism manifested it's self through people telling others to read the rules etc. Like I said in my earlier post, I can't remember any instance when someone just went "You're sprite is sh*t lolol, go away noob". I think now that everyone has reached an understanding of: if newbies break the rules, repost/ignore them - elitism will become even less visible than it is now.

I honestly don't think elitism is such a big problem on LFE :\.
