Yeah, I could give you some hints on how to do them... I hope you have PS, otherwise you need to find another way of doing the steps...

Step 1: Take some pics from the falling frames
Step 2: Edit their Hue (press [Ctrl] + [U]) to some red-ish color
Step 3 (in my opoinion the most difficult one): Draw random lines over the dragon in his falling direction in the colors yellow, orange, and red/brown shades

Difficult to explain, you have to work it through...
