Need some advice

sometimes i feel very helpless when i just need a mere editing of a pic so i decided to learn photo editing but i dont know from where i had to start from

i used to get that feeling all the time when i first started drawing/spriting...etc but you know what? i never gave up. really i never did. just use google as what pointed and look at a good number of tutorials (not just one or two but alot of them so you geta style of your own).
