Wow, this is pretty damn good and looks promising.
Except imo the character's breathings are really fast, rock lee looks like he's had too much coffee
Also kakashi's kamui looks a bit on the non-impressive side....just saying. (is teleporting other people possible? if so then it should be a side effect ^^

And Kakashi's Kamui costs a lot of chakra (mana) and health, and it's main ability is the sucking vortex; everything nearby is sucked into the vortex and takes damage.

But, once again, you are right, the sprites are quite unimpressive. I'm gonna fix it when i find a spriter (i'm just a coder, so i do what is at my capacity).
