GD (How u select color palette)

Ahh.. It was so long since i made a new thread...

-Shut this nonsense.. Get to the point.

I was worried that our General Discussion forum still doesn't have a general discussion thread. So, i thought of opening a new thread named "GD (general discussion)" Tada! here it is. The main motive was to reduce excessive amount of 2-3 post solvable problem threads. But i am facing a dilemma .

1) whether I should receive a new topic from members via PM
2) Or I make a random topics to discuss whenever the previous discussion Gets over..

So, i am putting up a poll. Give justice in voting :P . I will make topic related to anything (Or the ones i receive depending upon the poll result..)

I was playing with settings in PS (photoshop) to arrive to a conclusion of selecting highlights and shadows of particular color and arrived to this particular result :
