Hmm, now when i look at it again:
1. You are making cartoon
2. It tells about Kusari&co.
3. It tells how they got their powers from somekinda of medicine test
4. And now they are only survivors and they have super powers
5. And now they will fight monsters and stuff?
I have readed couple of this styled manga (realistic science manga?) D: BG and shading makes me think this is same kinda of thing.

but he don't know what is my power ( Water )
he love Experiment Department ( safe ) and don't wanna go out
and another power man come and wanna teamed with him
