It's obviously YinYin 
. I mean as soon as someone discovers anything, every other semi-proficient dcer can learn it and recreate it so I don't think that discovering something is a valid way of comparing who is "better". Heck, I'm pretty sure anyone listed could probably recreate anything created by anyone else.
There really is no way to say who is "better". The only valid comparison is to compare who writes clearer/more efficient/less buggy DC code.
Now look at anything YinYin has released, every frame has a wpoint and a bpoint (everyone forgets these damnit) , every bdy/itr is aligned perfectly. All the bugs which are caused by the lf2 engine are accounted for and made to look like features. Every frame and object is only over used when needed, nothing ever uses up 10 files when only 3 are needed. Everything is literally done to the closest thing of perfection without cheating (hex editing).
And that is why, YinYin is my hero =].
