This blue light around him,looks like a freezing spell.What do you say if you add a effect: 2 ?

I think blue is the colour of his aura - like the original slide kick attack and his energy projectile attack.
Like how Goku has a white aura? normally? red for kaio-ken and yellow for super saiyan

anyways looks good - maybe add a black pixel transparency "filter" on it so it's see-through in game
unless it's not supposed to be transparentish?
