[Char] Ninja,the Weaken Rudolf

This char has the same Lv of Justin,Monk,etc.
That means he need to weaker that Rudolf.
If you want to have a char stronger than Rudolf,

I think, this is a little misunderstanding. What Whaat is referring to is the fact that the sprites are fairly unoriginal and there are no new attacks. The whole mix does not make it too appealing.

For example, compare Justin and Julian. Supposedly, Justin is the weakened version of Julian. His attacks, however, only loosely imply that as they're not direct copies. Same goes with the sprites.

So yeah, keep practicing; I'm sure that with the right amount of patience, you can get some pretty amazing results
