Something, a note, was found in Magna's room, as pristine as he had left it...

I can't sleep.
Writing helps me calm down. Everything important is after the next '...'
We arrived at the Hotel yesterday.
It's a remarkably beautiful place, almost like a postcard. If it wasn't for
the sounds and smells of the ocean you'd think that's what it was.
There had been a Police scare before we left, they were saying
something about them believing that the Mafia, of all things, was behind
all of the hostilities lately.
I didn't really take it seriously, I mean c'mon, what would the Mafia gain
from such things?
At our first dinner at the Hotel however, the Host appeared very
distraught as he made an announcement.
He said that a heavy storm rolling in from over the Empire had prevented
any transport to or from the Hotel shortly after our trip here.
He also mentioned almost erratically that the Police had said that they
believed that there was a strong Mafia presence now at the Hotel.
We were stranded, and while I was still skeptical as to why the Mafia
would be active in the Empire, it was very difficult to dismiss the Host's
fear as nothing.
The Host was shaking nervously as he declared that the Hotel was going
into lockdown, and while services such as meals would continue, no one
was getting in or out of the grounds until the police arrived in some days
time after the storm clears up.
Almost ironically, he urged us to stay calm, and rambled off that there
was professionals among us in medicine, and indeed an off duty Sheriff
among others.
He didn't say who was who, simply because he was afraid that once the
Mafia learned who they were, they wouldn't be able to help anyone.
He began sobbing as he fled the room.
Some people laughed and joked nervously, Apocalipsis and myself
included. Eventually the Host returned, urging us more calmly this time to
retire to our rooms for the night.
...
I have trouble sleeping at the best of times, but that might be for the
better tonight.
I heard Fly leave his room not long ago.
I don't know what that is supposed to mean.
He could be a Doctor out to preemptively help someone, right?
He could've laid a trap somewhere for the bad guys. There was an animal
hunter in the Hotel after all.
I don't want to think about the alternative.
I hope everyone's ok.
I don't know who I can trust, so I'm leaving this note here, hidden,
just in case...
At the very least, not being able to sleep tonight means that,
no matter what happens, I'll be out like a light tomorrow night...
I'm like clockwork like that...
