Gotta agree with Electric Shock there. It's basically the same as RaMMicHaeL's LF2 Ultimate Patcher, just in different words - which I wouldn't neccessarily call "easier English".
Don't be discouraged though, there are a lot of other things that might need explanations or general lingual reworking - perhaps you'll find something one day?
