I looked deeply in the walking gif. As crazy bash said, two frames have the same hand positions...

But the way his shoulders move is very weird. They only have to rotate not to go up and down ...
the way you have to do a gif is very easy, look at that:

You know what I mean?
Very simple ... look at the sprites in LF2/Sprite/sys, then count the number of sprites needed for a punch (I think you need two pictures for a punch)
