...I won't release the files, they are for a personal mod that only I will play...

I see no problem with him getting his hands on the files.
He only wants to combine different mods to one, for his own use.
I did the same with ordinary lfe downloads, combinated the best bgs, chars, weapons to a "mod".

This isn't at all as bad as the ntsd edit "final release".
