Time for a new Champ?

An annual tournament might be too seldom, I'm thinking more of something like a 3-months-thing, so we have 4 of these every year. Maybe also just every 6 months. That's something that needs to be discussed, too. Another problem, like Lukas already said is that nobody can be available at any time. Imagine, if the latest champ is on vacations, he can't defend his title...

@Noir: Remember Cirno's "Dear LFE"-thread? He already talked about this elitism-thingy that came up a few months ago. We don't want this to appear again; last time it was about DCing, and I really want to avoid any flaming because of fighting skills...
