While inside the thread the last post is by Rashar,but everywhere,it is shown as Ramond posted after Rashar.

Yeh, when two people post at the same time (that is: same second), the overview just grabs ramond random post-orders. Considering that milliseconds are not stored in the database, it's pretty much a mystery in which order these posts are displayed in threads either
