Oh, so you are this guy who made this overpowered julian and such stuff?
I downloaded it, had a look into the sprites. Don't want to test the char out further.
And what do you think makes this character a quality character?
The fact that he can own every character with one hit?
The fact that this char has no dvx/dvy in one itr that his not under 10?
Well, you maybe re-think your next character, if you don't want to hear such a thing again.
