Use more tones of colours while shading. Also while there was a lot of light around him, shadow in the left looks strange.
On pants: use your brush strokes more effective. Pixels are disturbing it.

For aura: U can draw it better..

By the way, it's a good thing to give bat a new hair; but it's a lot more better to work on your original sprites! Keep it this way..
