1) you could make this via itr kind 8. just before transforming, the char creates a t0-object at a high y-value (to prevent it colliding with others). in frame 0 of teh char he transforms into, there is an itr kind 8 at teh same position as the t0-object, making the char go to frame X (x being whatever frame you want). after a short moment teh t0 object deletes itsself.
only thing is that frame 0 may "flicker" for the glimpse of a secnod before he goes into teh specified frame.
