good job, just keep on making sprites like that and you will get better and better for sure. now for some critics :P

i see you used bandit this time as a base reference, good! keep on using bases for now until you get a good feel of the proportions. (lol is it me or is he a bit small??)

clothes shading is nice aswell, a bit more contrast in the shading would be nice though. also i still see you got problems with hair shading, its ok just keep trying. also the eyes :'D you might want to work on those aswell, try not making them look so static.
