If you ask me, this rule is completely pointless, or at least it is pointless like it is written on the first page.
It should read: "Don't deal more than 250 UNAVOIDABLE damage in one combo"
But instead it tells you to do 250 HP Damage maximum in every combo there is...
So that means if you do not press jump, while Deep is doing AA+D>J (256 Dmg) then you win xD because you played more stupid you win... See what I mean?
I think this is a problem of misunderstanding the rule, because what you meant something different than the rule tells us, because the word 'unavoidable' is not in it.
So as I understand it, Deep: AA+D>J (without the opponent pressing jump) is still allowed, because the opponent can AVOID the damage.
I cannot write it anymore clear, so please tell me if I got it right.
Oh and we are still allowed to use F-keys... that is not included in the rules too, so I could press F6,7,8,9 all the time...
Edit: @Kevin: If your opponent presses jump, then the damage counter is reseted to zero (this is how I understand it)
