yes... I know that problem...
I once had that character that had like 96% of all frames used + a bunch of itr's, bdy's, etc.
Sometimes the loading worked and sometimes not. Partially, it was related to other application I had opened / not opened, and, like YinYin said, the amount of dat-content. I believe, you don't need all the stuff written in your dat-file, try to smash things together (yes, I know, you'll lose detail but this will make it work.gif ";)")
