Please use periods (.) to separate sentences. Your message is very difficult to understand.
As long as I know it is not possible through data-changing.
With DC-ing it is possible for a character to transform into another specific character through a special move, so if you do this to both characters, you can transform to both of them at any time, but the HP will not change (they don't have separate HP).
